The location of the hotel along a very pretty side street meant that it was very quiet and gave you the sense of being in the middle of nowhere rather than in the heart of what has become a very popular tourist destination. From the reception area, to the rooms, the verandas, the pools and yoga area and the hotel restaurant, everything has been designed with guest comfort and guest experience in mind. This was a return visit, having stayed two weeks beforehand between a visit to Pemuteran, and we were treated so kindly on our return with a personalised bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, which had been upgraded to pool view as my elderly mother had struggled with the stairs leading down the garden view room we had stayed in at the beginning of our visit to Bali. We have been to Bali many times over the past twenty years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed considering how affordable it was. The staff are to be commended. They are all seem very well trained not only in their own roles, but give a sense of being aware of the importance of guest relations. The restaurant menu is incredibly varied and healthy and room service is available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the spa menu looked incredible. Even our driver to the airport made the last 90 minutes of our time in Bali interesting with his lovely chit-chat and insights into how Bali is evolving. We would definitely stays here time and time again.

Amazing stay! Here you feel so relaxed and taken care of! Highly recomment to anyone who wants to stay near Ubud in calm place. Not far away from city center. Staff is amazing, owners too! Everyone so helpful and friendly! We really enjoyed food there, big choice for breakfast! Pool area is is really nice and you can relax there for sure. Room is cleaned daily, towels are changed daily too and they also have laundry services. They also have spa, where you can get massages there! Our stay for 4 nights was absolutely amazing and if we will come to Ubud next time - for sure we will stay here!!!

The staff were amazing. They were so friendly in reception and in the restaurant. The family suite was perfect for 2 couples. The rooms were very spacious with a private bathroom each. The living area was also a lovely size. The villa was spotlessly clean and they also provided a great laundry service. Very good value for 3 nights stay.

A hidden GEM. Loved the quite location, away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. A place to relax and enjoy Ubud surrounded by nature. Listening to the birds calling and waking up to the fresh dew, but with all the modern facilities. But most of all, the wonderful staff that were amazing and attentive to all our needs, made this place unique. They treat you like family. The owner, always made time to check on us. Got an upgrade on our stay here...thank you. We also had a Balinese massage in our room...highly recommend. Breakfast in our balcony and meals at the Garlic Butter were delicious. Love this beautiful place. Amazing❤️

The location was great, and the whole staff was kind, well-prepared, and had a good eye for detail. The room was super clean; the bed was a comfortable king-size, and we had a view of the garden. It also happened to be my birthday while staying some days there, and they made a birthday cake for me as a surprise. I would definitely come back to the resort for my next time in Ubud.

Sakti Garden Resort and the staff exceeded any and all expectations of our three night stay in Ubud. From check in to check out we couldn’t fault a thing! The staff here are all very kind and beautiful people. The staff really made our Ubud experience a stand out on our two week long trip to Bali and we would not hesitate to recommend this oasis to any of our family and friends.
