The best thing about the hotel - the staff! Everyone we met was incredibly nice and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. In particular, Billy and Vilai at the healthcentre were so fabulous. We even got some great recommendations for things to do in Killarney. Dinner in the hotel bar was also great.NiamhIreland
