There are a thousand positive things to write about this hotel but there is one stand out point and that's the incredible staff at Petra Segreta. It‘s like checking in to a place where you immediately feel yourself surrounded by family and yet you are treated by the highest possible standard of luxury and hospitality. This fine line is executed to absolute perfection and makes a sky high difference to other hotels on costa smeralda that I stayed at before. There is a huge and beautifully decorated lobby where you can chat and have drinks or just sit by the fire and read. You are never pressured to order something, yet you are never left aside. In my opinion it is the highest art of hospitality to create this unique atmosphere! It’s the reason why you wanna sit in the lobby even though the bluest and prettiest coasts awaits you in just 20-30minutes driving distance. I suppose that says everything. To be recommended wholeheartedly! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Exceptional, hospitality top notch, host was responding fast via telephone and the welcoming in person was the best by far in all Sardinia. Little house for a single traveler was cozy , silent with a good mattress, full functional shower, great coffee machine, fridge all sparkling clean. The set up is very well cared off, and holds a magic rare to find, beautiful swimming pool and the only one I found functional out of season! The staff was exceptional, from the beginning of our stay through the end. The welcome aperitif and chocolates were a nice touch to transition to the calm of the resort. The personal note in the room was appreciated. Cristina (front desk) was very attentive. Gianluca was excellent in attending us at breakfast and dinner as were the captains in the dining room. The gardens were attended with meticulous care, and the housekeeping staff was so efficient. The lifeguards were pleasant and the spa services were excellent. The Lunaria restaurant was also a joy to experience. So much to say about how wonderful our visit was. Thank you to the staff, who really can make the difference!

We were in room 321 - the view from the window and balcony were picture perfect! The team were warm and friendly at reception and at the pool bar and poolside. Pool was great and view awesome of the water. The buffet breakfast was great and we were fortunate to experience the new roof top terrace for sunset drinks and canapés. I had the oysters with strawberries- delicious! The location for the boat tour and main town, restaurant and evening markets. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Roberta (I think was the young ladies name) on the front desk was brilliant. a special call out to her excellent service)
