Every staff member, regardless of their hierarchy level, has provided incredible service; they are helpful, very friendly, and excellent in their work. The hotel is surrounded by lush date tree forests, bright red mountains with dramatic cliffs hanging over a sea filled with incredible marine life ( a paradise for snorkelers and divers alike). We have dined in Sultanah and were met with delicious (and locally inspired) gourmet food. A spotless stay in a haven of peace.

The room with a sea view was great. The hotel is on the beach, which is great for swimming, walking on the beach, looking at all the different people using and enjoying the beach and its surroundings. There are several small cafes and restaurants right around the corner, which is great as a supplement to the very nice cafe/restaurant in the hotel garden next to the beach. The staff is great. David and Francis, who are running things are really friendly and always helpful.
