Everything! It's like being in paradise. From the lovely cabins to the friendly staff and tasty food in the restaurant to the massage and to the pool + bar of the neighbour's resort, it is all at sea with amazing views. The owners have an eye for creating a lovely atmosphere and are providing extra service for laundry, trips, or rental of motorbikes. I am also a kitesurfer and the resort is directly located at the kite spot of the island, where the winds from January until March hit the beach. My kite school of choice was Kiteflip, which is just a stone's throw away. Positive side-effect of the wind: during these months, you have a chilling breeze, when laying in one of the beach chairs or sandbags enjoying a smoothie or drink We didn't recognize this breeze at other beaches.

From start to finish our stay was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and friendly and arranged anything we requested from pick up at pier to bike rental. The location was gorgeous right on the beach, the food was amazing, ate there most days and didn't have one bad meal! We even got free breakfast one morning due to loud music next door one night. Everything you needed was at the venue.

The staff at the resort were very helpful, attending to all our needs and small requests. The resort itself is not very large, but it has everything you need, including a nice pool in the center. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Koh Phangan.

straight on the beach - literally 10seconds to the water or there is a pool too! bungalows for some people might be little basic but for me it was more then perfect, it definitely got all you need! Fan, Hammock, hot water.. enough place to put your things and a lot of hooks to hang your things, even a small is safe is here:) it was also very clean and super cozy! the area around is very quiet so i guess best is if you have a scooter to get around the island- John the owner is super lovely and helped me a lot, thanks again! would stay here definitely again:)

The owners are super people, their hospitality was perfect. They helyed us with transfer from the pier to the place on our arrival day, howewer their policy is to let them know 24 hours in advance. Thank you very much. Our bungalow was next to the sea, with amazing seaview. The restaurant is high quality, the breakfast was great. We will definetly go back.

We loved our stay at Papillon bungalows!!Sebastien was lovely with us: he ensured we were always okay and always had everything we needed, he gave us good recommendations on restaurants and parties to go and even lended us some snorkeling equipment. Our stay was just amazing and waking up on your own calm and “private” beach is just priceless. We made friends with people in the other bungalows and it just felt like a little family, I just couldn’t recommend this place more.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It is so tranquil and peaceful. My partner and I stayed for 3 nights and slept so well because of how comfortable and quiet it is at night. There is a stunning pool at the top of the property, you do need to walk a number of stairs to access it but it’s worth it. The view is just amazing! You will need to rent a scooter while staying here as it’s not really walking distance to anything. Once you have a scooter there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and little supermarkets only a short drive away. There is a lovely dog that comes to visit also, she’s extremely friendly and made our stay even better.
