-Addjit, his wife and his staff were always kind and comprehensive to me. They received me always with a compliment and smile, which make me feel like I was part of a family. They even delivered me some Christmas cookies as a present! I appreciated it a lot! -My room was always clean and they putted some effort in make me feel comfortable like for example replacing the water bottles with newer ones. This without asking and taking into account that you have a 7 eleven at just 3 min walk... - In terms of locality, what I can say...10 min walk to the Ao Nang beach. What you can ask more... - The air conditioner was modern and it worked very well. - The pool was also very cool.

The breakfast was outstanding. The location was nice and peaceful but not far from the beach. We hired mopeds from them but they offered to take us there if we needed. It really is such a beautiful tranquil place. The family are just lovely, happy and there if you need anything. I would highly recommend this place.

the hospitality of the owners were above and beyond. Breakfast included and delivered to your room. The room has air conditioning and comfortable bed. it is about a 20min walk to the beach and main attractions but it doesn’t even matter bc this location was like a retreat for me. I needed a taxi to the pier for the next destination and the worker arranged one for me.

The woman who runs this place was so helpful and nice. When we had trouble finding a grab to the beach, she called her brother to give us a ride for free including pick up after. The rooms are clean and in good condition. Has kettles, hair dryer, and fridge. Microwave and water in the lobby. Scooters seemed new and in good condition. The best value for money near Ao nang.

Location is superb, just between two night markets and two good beaches, yet a bit away from noisy streets with bars and disco. Room was very specious, with maybe not the best view on another hotel, but it's not a problem for us. Pool was good, almost always empty and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. And Wifi speed was above 300mbits, which was more than enough!
