Austria
The staff was amazing and really made sure, that we have everything that we need. Since the hotel on the pictures is currently under renovation, we got a room in the Canary Nungwi Hotel with a free room upgrade and free 60 minutes massage for each one of us. It would be better to place some information in the Booking.com description, that the hotel is a different one, but they really cared well for us at the other hotel, it was a great stay and they definitely made it up for that small confusion. They also let us stay a bit longer on our last day and gave us a different room, such that we could shower once more before heading to the airport in the late afternoon.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The resort was a good size to walk around and experience nature. The facility management were constantly making sure everything was perfect and nothing was broken. We only ate at the buffet restaurant every night as the changes each day was good for us. Gym was good. Night entertainment was also very good and well thought about.

The food was great, loved the fresh passion fruit every day. We had an AI package, which meant we didn't have to leave the resort, other than for snorkeling or swimming in the sea. The staff was friendly, always Hakuna Matata! If you have EUR or USD at home,bring cash. The kids loved the pool table, table tennis, volleyball and the pool!
