The accomidaiton was excellent and relly clean and modern. Location was ideal for us with the pool and beach on your door step. The staff were fantastic and always there to help. Will look to book next year.

Good location .wonderful place to be enjoyed the pool the slides went there for my birthday with my family wonderful place had hesitated to book the place after reading negative wifi reveiws but to my surprise the WIFI was perfect enjoyed my stay the porpcorn welcome was the icing on the cake

Not really a heated pool though as advertised. Luxury towels. Nice and clean. Good toiletries. The hotel has been nicely upgraded. Has parking which is a plus. Location. Plus the people mover bus passes the hotel. It's near Suncoast. Plenty of dining places at the hotel and around as well. Staff were excellent. They are very helpful, pleasant and accomodating

The property is well situated with easy access to the highways where needed. The Resort seems to need some maintenance like the Games room that's being upgraded, and water in the undercover parking. Great resort for spending time next to the pool, kids playing on the grass and enjoying the holiday program. There's also a rooftop where you can see nice buildings and ocean. The area is generally safe to walk around at night, Umhlanga rocks has nice restaurants and bars. Umhlanga beach is nearby and it's very nice beach with life guards around. Tge place is also 5 minutes from legacy yard and ocean mall. It's also close to gateway mall. Their breakfast was amazing with nice view of the ocean on the restaurant.

A very classic way of luxury, but customer orientation in the best imaginable way. Even when travelling with kids, you are always welcome (except the fine dining restaurant and the lighthouse bar), there is also a special kids program with a lovely supervisor. And there is even a resident cat at the hotel (ask in the shop for the nice little book)
