The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and also spoke to me showing an interest in my holiday experience overall. For example, one staff member told me more information about Ravenswood from her own personal understanding of this gold mining town. We loved the pool because it was clean and a great swimming experience. I loved how the spa is a shallow part of the pool rather than a heated exclusive area. The Polynesian style accommodation was the size of a two bedroom unit and it was easy to keep clean. It also had kitchen facilities. It was just what we wanted. We were located walking distance from the beach and a grocery store. The boys loved the games room. We played pool a couple of times and tennis.

It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our room upon checking in and we were blown away. We stayed in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full apartment with 2 balconies, laundry services and an amazing view into the marina. The room was beautifully decorated, beach house vibes, very clean, and we appreciated the sparking wine left in the fridge for us. The two pools were great and stayed open late for an after dinner swim. The location is steps from the ferry port, the bus stop, the grocery and liquor store and a short walk from some restaurants. The Island was breathtaking and all the beaches are with arms reach, not to mention, the seclusion is unreal. Would highly recommend this accommodation and hoping to come back soon.

Just 700-metres from Nelly Bay Beach, Amaroo On Mandalay offers an outdoor pool, 2 tennis courts and a fitness centre. All rooms offer a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and a patio with garden views. The pool was lovely, the staff were friendly, and they gave complimentary rides to the ferry
