The rooms are clean, comfortable and bright. The pools aren't deep, and all people can enjoy them. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can genuinely say that Gaby saved our summer holiday after a few days of bad experience in another hotel. The animation is fun and interactive for all ages. Our family was able to enjoy all the activities. Petya took great care of our son, Eray didn't let us gain weight with his gymnastics and water exercises and of course Eli who took care of the party side of our stay with the drinking games and the funny competitions. We appreciate the hard work of all staff members from the polite bellboy, the helpful receptionists, the energetic bartenders, and all the other nice young people that we met during our stay.

Added to this, the furnishings are glamorous and ornate. And there was plenty of space in the apartment to move about. There was also a kitchen facility and a washing machine. And beds were comfy. The reception area was manned for most of the day and the staff were English fluent, and were able to arrange taxis when needed.

Free entrance to Aquapark Paradise Nessebar is offered for all guests. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities are nice, the food is good for all inclusive and there are plenty of options. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. We also received a champagne and some candy as a gift in our room.
