The Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a first-class spa hotel situated just an hour’s drive from Zurich, amidst the foothills of the Alps in Eastern Switzerland. The staff was very good.One Ms caren the receptionist at the swimming pool was so helpfull that after closing her system she met us in the corridor and came back to her desk to give us swim suit,and we could make use of thermal spa and made our experience of the property excellent Thanks Ms Caren

The apartment is in the great location, 10 minutes bus ride to the centre of town (number 7 or 8). The apartment was clean and tidy, perfect size for 2 people, the bed in bigger than a double. Balcony was lovely on a sunny day. It is fitted with air conditioning and has a kitchen area, with kettle, toaster, fridge, cooker.
