The entire experience was outstanding, with nothing being too much for any of the staff to help us with. In particular, Victor, at the reception, was excellent. We needed some help with a few things, and he went above and beyond to help us out. He is a really excellent staff member as are all the staff. I was even able to get a last-minute massage in the spa, and again, it was excellent. Tatiana was an outstanding therapist, one of the best I have had so far. The food was fantastic, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, everything was pure perfection. In particular, dinner in the restaurant on our last night. The staff were brilliant, so attentive, even providing us with specially requested deserts not on the menu. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in, and we will most definitely be returning soon. Not to forget the location of the hotel, nowhere like it !!

We really liked everything and everyone involved. We thought breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Views of the Bavarian countryside from the restaurant and our room with balcony were splendid. Excellent outdoor areas for swimming and lounging. Sunsets at dinner were nature at its best. Food always high quality, fresh and beautifully served with a wide selection for all tastes. For breakfast, self service was easy and quick. Table service, for breakfast and dinner was fast and professional. Those serving us were very friendly and very capable. Our room was lovely. Beautifully desecrated, spacious, with a two person bathroom (separate Loo) and very large Smart TV's. Super comfortable bed. Cleaners left everything spotless. Birkenhof is a tribute to the professionalism of its owners and staff. Five stars are not enough. What more could one want?

Beautifully located family-run hotel in perfect condition (is it new?). The service staff were exceptionally friendly, forthcoming and competent. Nice, large room with a breathtaking view across the hilly landscape, with mountains on the horizon. Good breakfast and dinner. Background vocals by sheep and cows. We are already planning on returning next year.

Area where the Hotel is located is very quiet. Parking is undergroud. Arriving a guy at the reception was very helpfull and showed me the facilities of the hotel. Room was spacious with all the amenities. SPA was amazing. Clean, full of different degrees saunas and steam bath. Indoor/outdoor pool was huge with hot water and whirlpool. I appreciate the fact that pool is opening 6:30 am just before breakfast. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, full of variety and high quality products. I will visit this hotel again

The Stemp wellness resort has a wellness area with an indoor and outdoor pool, a 25-meter infinity pool, a natural swimming pond with sunbathing islands, 7 different saunas, 6 themed relaxation rooms, a chat room and a sunbathing lawn. The property, the pool/sauna area and the rooms are beautiful. wWe received a free upgrade for our room and the room was stunning. one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The food was also very good. Both my husband and I are vegan, the wonderful chef made extra dishes for us. we really appreciated that.

Rooms are complete with comfortable beds, free WiFi and a modern bathroom. Luxury resort recommended for families with children, absolutely all possible facilities plus a great playground. Excellent breakfast served in a hybrid system with buffet for fruits, vegetables, sweets and a la cart for basic dishes.

The resort has a well-maintained 18-hole golf course featuring a moor landscape, lakes and water traps. There is also a modern driving range with 24 tees and modern golf training facilities, as well as a Seehaus (lake house) for refreshments. Very well run hotel. It is rare to stay somewhere where the staff are so good at their jobs.
