The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help. They are really a credit to the hotel. The gardens and pool are lovely and are very well looked after. We really liked the location of the property as it is located on the edge of the resort and is therefore in a quiet area, however at the same time the beach is just a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was very good quality and had plenty of choice. Bedrooms were clean, modern and comfortable.

Alua Illa de Menorca offers 2 outdoor pools, a sun terrace and pool bar in Sant Lluis, 1.3 km from Cala Alcaufar Beach. There is free WiFi throughout. Very clean hotel, lovely decorated throughout out, modern looking.. best bed EVER!.. Wonderful restaurant with so much variety to choose from.. very friendly staff throughout our stay, loved the free taxi service, which was a bonus to our trip.
