The staff, the facilities, the food quality, the spa experience were outstanding. The location is quiet and very relaxing. Great for sunset viewing and morning beach walking. The laundry service was excellent. I have been travelling and working around the world for 30 years, and this ranks as one of my best experiences ever. The amazing staff make Pink Coco one of a kind.

The beach right in front is really great, staff is so helpful and amazing and the rooms are great as well :-) The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't stay for a week more, or two, or three ! :-) Go there, you'll LOVE IT ! :-)

The view from the hotel is nothing short of breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning vista was a true highlight of my stay. Speaking of the staff, their service was top-notch. The team was incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a warm and friendly demeanor. AZIZ and Nanas were absolute stars, caring and attentive for anything I needed during my stay. The entire team organised surprise for my birthday, I felt absolutely amazing. One of the best things about this place is its tranquility and peace. It's the ideal location for a mental and physical reset. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I had the opportunity to experience one of the spa treatments, and it was absolutely amazing. However, it was so popular that I couldn't secure another appointment during my stay. Perhaps the hotel could consider hiring more spa staff or even offering room service massages to accommodate more guests. Don't miss the sunset at the main pool – it's truly a breathtaking sight. The live band added a fantastic ambiance to the evening, making it even more memorable. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a remarkable experience, and I can't wait to return.

All the details are a delight, with an special care for ecology, sustainability and products that are made from the lombok community. By far my best experience for sustainable travel and yet, the feeling of home mixed with comfort and service such as the best hotels. And Kudos to the staff, astonishing food, service and treat! Also, there is a small village nearby If you are like me and love to go see a true Indonesian community :D

Segara Lombok Beach Resort features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Selong Belanak. Featuring a private beach area, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. We came back here for couple of nights after staying at this hotel a year ago because we really liked it the first time. A good choice, especially with a kid (our daughter is 2,5 and Segara offers a perfect combination of space to run but somehow always stay visible). The owner, Morgan, is very helpful and takes care of the guests. The team is wonderful. The food is good. The rooms aren’t big but are comfi and spotless. The sunsets are amazing. Good vibe. Also we noticed how the area developed in just a year time - so you now have some more options to “go out” for a nice cocktail or eat elsewhere (if you stay many nights this option to change the scene is welcome). In general, highly recommended for the value/price if you are looking for something authentic looking and on the beach
