The property is excellent. The views all around are breathtaking. The luxury cottage room was brilliant, sizing was perfect, the balcony was excellent, the bathroom was very clean and top notch. Also, I have to highlight the exceptional customer service from the duty manager Mr. Shaji. He definitely knows how to treat the guests and always displayed highest degree of hospitality. The food was brilliant as well with enormous buffet spread.

Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. High quality rooms and high quality service. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. This place has left the best impressions. Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list. The best stay ever. Thanks to Pranalika and Rishank, thank you for being there at all times, you both are the best hosts! Continue doing the same.

The staff was incredibly hospitable and kind. Thank you especially Panish & Gowtham, for making our stay memorable! They made you feel most welcome and did everything to improve the stay. For example; we arrived just after the pool closed down, but they re-opened it just for us. They made a bonfire, just for us. We got a lunch on the day we were leaving even though technically that was not included. Very kind and attentive people. The Lodge itself was beautiful, very nice views (see picture), lots of wildlife and birds. Among many birds, we saw the gliding squirrel and the gliding dragon lizard. They staff (of which they had a few wildlife experts!) offered two different walks; one in the evening and one during the day. The food the lodge offered was amazing. The rooms spacious and clean. We also went on a safari in the nature park nearby, where we spotted lots of the local wildlife.

The breakfast had good range and the open air seats were so good. The ambience and greenery around the property was super. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Perched 4000 feet above sea level on a peaceful hillside is Taj Madikeri Resort & Spa Coorg. The property is spectacular. The staff are incredible in their delivery of service and hospitality. The food is excellent too.
