Nestled along the sun-kissed shores of Palolem, our stay at the side sea view room was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from the fabulous staff. Perched on the edge of the beach, it was fabulous to dip in the sea at will or watch the gorgeous sunset in the evenings. The room itself was elegantly furnished and comfortable. The private balcony was the ideal spot to unwind. But what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The breakfast and rest of the food was lovely too. Will definitely want to keep coming back.

Our stay at Goa cottages was the very best, right from the start. All of the staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful, the cottages are big with the most dreamy bathroom and the food is just out of this world (especially the breakfast and cocktails) The beach itself is not crowded at all and the sunsets are simply stunning. The area is full of beautiful plants and made with love to the last, small detail and creates such a relaxing Atmosphäre. The Hut/Cabin: Cabins are spacious and clean. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a number of power outlets along with other basic amenities you expect to find in a well run hotel. Shower heater and water pressure worked well. The balcony with beach view was absolutely beautiful and well worth the upgrade. The Stay: The bed was comfortable and the room layout was functional. Very safe and secure area. Location is good and a short distance to most attractions. Om Sai is located right on Agonda Beach (you can hear the rolling waves at night). You can find a string of restaurants, coffee shops and bars on the main road. Tuk Tuks are also scattered around the same road for a quick ride anywhere in South Goa. The Service: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available to provide support and frequently asked if there was anything I needed. They also arranged my airport transfer for a fair price (driver was efficient and punctual). Beach towels provided and restaurant on the ground level offers decent food options, drinks and includes a full bar. 10/10 would recommend! Stay here… you won’t regret it.

Thanks for a wonderful stay! We really can't complain about anything. The staff all over were very kind and had a high level of service. We had breakfast every morning and despite it wasn't the biggest buffet seen, it was comprehensive and always varied with fresh ingredients. Further had we a great waiter every day in Sandesh. I will also mention the friendly staff in the reception Feon, Rita, Jaya and Anjana who made our holiday unforgettable and made our daughter have her best vacation ever. They were really kind to her. Something we really appreciated. We had a suit and it was very big and had room for our 4 year old daughter who slept comfortably on the two sofas (moved together). The cleaning by Avdhut Patki and his boys Prashit and Rajan Kumar was indeed great. We would like to return for sure one day and can recommend it to everyone.
