The property is non-smoking and is situated 100 metres from Konark Sun Temple. The staff were very helpful. The room had some broken furnitures. But all other AC rooms were full. Only Non AC rooms were available. Due to the hot climate I preferred the AC room inspite of the broken furnitures. To my surprise the staff discounted the final price and were also helpful in making the rest of my stay comfortable. I would give 5 stars mainly for the staff behaviour though the room condition and cleanliness was little okayish only
