Bedroom is wonderful good view even without shower. Recommended.

Onsen hot spring and igloo type room
Very lovely well-equipped cottage with personal touches of class and luxury.
Location was really nice as it was at the tail end of the resorts in Kurokawa Onsen so you get to look at the river and nature while soaking in the outdoor baths. Staff was also quite friendly and some could speak passable english. The breakfast and dinner was not bad at all!
Nice and secluded resort. Feel like back to nature.
Brand new hotel in the shopping and restaurant/cafe complex connected to the Kumamoto train station. Close to the tram station. Nice view from lobby, restaurant and the room. Comfortable bed. Modern room. Communal bath. We enjoyed convenience and a bit of luxury. Staff were very polite.
Very nice and spacious rooms - almost a luxury in Japan. In walking distance from the station as well as the castle, so perfect for a stay in Kumamoto.
The room is spacious, and the view is also spectacular. We love the public bathing area. It's not a hot spring, but it is as comfortable as it can get. There are two interesting facilities. One is the self-service laundry room, which you don't usually find in this kind of luxury hotel. I hope they can add a few more machines. The other is the self-service baggage storage room that is very close to the reception. The hotel is super close to the JR and Tram stations, that is another big plus.
There is really not much to like about the property. Obviously being a golf resort, it caters predominantly to golfers which is understandable.
Nice ryokan in a charming mountain resort. Several hot baths, indoors and outdoors. Food in abondant quantity. Staff very kind and helpful.
Recommend to book golf course view room, the view is amazing. Overall the room is clean with good breakfast, but location is not convenient, need to drive a bit from station/city. However this is a golf resort type hotel!
