It offers guests free Wi-Fi, and ski storage lockers are available right at the entrance. I never experienced such VIP service otherwise in the world. Whole reception teams demonstrated what extraordinary service should be. I arrived late by bus and was welcomed by one receptionist in bus stop. so I did not need to carry my luggage in the snowing road. They even opened the ski rental shop for me after working hour. The next morning, I missed public shuttle bus and they offered to use hotel shuttle bus to drive me over to ski lift in Yakebitaiyama without reservation in advance. I felt that I was living with a lot of friends instead of living in hotel. I was too tired to try the bar at night, and I would like to try it next time. Swimming pool was good with quite warm water. Hot bathing place with best view. Sun rising over snow mountain top. Breakfast was very good with many variations. The dinner I ordered was pork hotpot, and personally I think the starter tasted better and pork meat is okay. I will try something else next time. All in all, the service and room condition are all top.

Inside the hotel, there is the Botanica Restaurant, which overlooks the golf course, and the EDEN Cafe & Bar, produced by a patisserie chef who trained in France. The restaurant also offers dairy-free and vegetarian dishes. The facilities were clean and well equipped, including a pool and hot springs. I stayed with a friend's family, but the children were delighted to have the rooms next to each other and to be able to connect the doors in the room. The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax. Above all, the staff were kind and wonderful.

Great service and comfortable accommodation! We loved this space for our family. Kayaking to the island was a special bonus. Great and helpful team picked us up and dropped us at the train station.

JR Karuizawa Station and Karuizawa Shopping Plaza are a 12-minute drive from the resort. Beautiful setting against Mount Asana. Room had a fantastic view and it was very comfortable . Breakfast was very good in a awesome and picturesque dining room. Onsen was clean and had a wonderful view of Asana too. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Restaurant Beaux Sejours offers Western cuisine for breakfast and dinner. There are also 7 other restaurants in the resort area. Meal options include Sukiyaki, Shabu-shabu, Sushi, Western buffet, Chinese and Italian cuisine. Grand Prince is the quietest among all the Prince Hotels in Karuizawa. I enjoyed the quietness and relaxing atmosphere. The daily lounge facilities available to all guests from 10am to 8pm was great! The french dinner ( paid) was exquisite and reasonably priced.

The spacious rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding nature, while Free WiFi is available in public areas and in the guest room. Breakfast was incredible and the amenities are top tier. I was thoroughly impressed with the resort and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Hakuba

Yatsugatake Grace Hotel offers aroma massages, a sauna and a hot public bath, a 5-minute ride from Nobeyama Station with the complimentary shuttle. Rooms offer tranquil Mount Yatsugatake views, while facilities include karaoke and table tennis. Fuka-san served us with a big smile and very friendly service.

Located in the Kamikochi mountain resort, Kamikochi Lemeiesta Hotel features indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths and spacious Western-style rooms with views of Mount Roppyaku. Free Wi-Fi is available at the public areas and guests can relax on the massage chairs. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Clean, calm and the service is exceptional. The included breakfast and dinner are wonderful, and the spa is a lovely place to relax. Lots of thoughtful touches in the hotel like stargazing equipment, a coffee machine and a little snack bar.
