It is 10 minutes away from Marrakech city center but far enough so you hear nothing of the traffic. The resort has pools you can use and everyone was super nice. It is a quiet oasis in the chaos that is Marrakech.

The kitchen manager helped me get my baby's silicon plate and spoon washed well from their kitchen when I asked for that favour. Fatima the lady who makes sure clients are happy did an amazing job. She helped us get a new baby swimming pool floating duck from their inhouse shop since the one we had bought from that shop was letting air out even after various refills. The stuff at this hotel is just so friendly and exceptional. I would definitely return again.

The Agdal Medina features a spa including a hammam, hot tub and massages are available upon request. Lovely and kind staff. Excellent food, good work by animation and massive hotel with very clean rooms. Recommend this hotel and definitely coming back, special shout out to Smiley, Younes and Hiba for great work and communication.
