The rooms at the resort are equipped with a seating area, a flat-screen LED TV with cable channels and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a bath or shower. All rooms have a kettle and a desk. Sunrise/sunset can be viewed from the spacious balcony/terrace of the rooms. Everything was great! Every room at this resort is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Certain rooms feature views of the sea or garden. All rooms include a private bathroom. We had a fabolous honeymoon there. We went with seaplane transfer from Malé to the island where after leaving the boat we got a warm welcome. We got a lime juice based refreshing welcome drink and a really kind lady introduced us to the island and the various opportunities. We were also informed that they upgraded us for our whole stay into an over water villa on the side of the sunset with jacuzzi. We were really happy. The villa was really well equipped and comfortable with a gorgeous view. It was really nice to fall asleep to the sound of waves. We tried out the massage while we stayed there. The girls were really professional and the atmosphere was really relaxing. We got a champagne after the massage and a nice place to watch the ocean. The food and the drinks were colorful, tasty and every day there was a different set of food for dinner. We booked a turtle excursion where we were taken out to the see and saw many of them. The island ha its own house reef as well with beautiful fishes, rays and sharks. It was an awesome experience!

The resort has two fresh water swimming pools on the beach and children's playground, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. I can only say good things about Meeru Island Resort. It's an amazing place with beautiful nature, gardens and beaches. We loved everything about our stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, food was great, the tours well organised. The place is impeccably clean. Lots of facilities for sports and entertainment so our girls were never bored. This island is great for families as well as for couples as it is big enough and has separate facilities for people with kids and those who want to enjoy quieter time. So I never felt worried that my girls are annoying some honeymooners :)

Offering a wide range of treatments, Veli Spa proposes the unique Dhivehi Beys treatments, as well as both modern and traditional treatments. Island-hopping tours and fishing trips are available, as well as customized excursions. Very attentive staff, I mean everyone is very kind and friendly. Beautiful resort with nice beach and many activities.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and luggage storage for guests. 100 out of 10! 😍 Absolutely perfect holiday and anniversary trip! We've been looking for a quiet and serene resort to enjoy and got exactly that. Our water villa was towards the end of the bridge with a beautiful sunset view. I loved the design! Clean, modern, mostly neutral with some splash of colour. Pool, swings and rocking sunbeds. Everything brand new. 90% privacy, you still can see your neighbors, but only if they are going down the stairs to swim. The rest is blocked by the wall behind the swings and you definitely feel very cozy. We had one complimentary snorkeling trip included and it was great! Beautiful fishes, corals, sharks and dolphins! It's 10-15 min by boat from the hotel. Resort itself doesn't have a house reef, but you still can find some corals and fishes around your villa, just need to swim a bit. There's also stingrays and eagle rays around! Baby sharks are easy to spot at night. Water is amazing! Super warm! Ocean something was more hot than our pool. There's a current, so I'd recommend to get set of fins for easier swimming. You have an options for in villa dining and two main restaurants - Bluefin (buffet concept) and Fahrenheit (fine dining, grill specialty). Villa dining menu is limited, but we was happy with both of the restaurants and also got floating breakfast experience. For a week on the island we didn't get bored with food at all. Buffet menu for breakfast and dinners changes every day and it's really tasty. As well as wonderful grill dishes from Farenheit. Staff is great! Everyone is friendly, warm, polite. Even just passing by people will great you or offer a buggy ride or point out if there's an interesting sea creatures around. I loved surprises from a hotel! We got bubble bath, bed decoration and cake for our anniversary. We was in a good hands of Mo, she'd always reply quickly and never left any request unattended.

On arrival our room was upgraded to one with jacuzzi, what was super surprise. Villa on water was spacious and modern, super clean with wonderful ocean view. Lots of colorful fishes, sharks just outside. Nice reef around. Good variety of food. In all in package quite good variety of drinks. Beautifull clean beach, a lot of space for everyone. And last but not least, fantastic service - people are a great advantage of this place.
