Thank you Fadzli and Jill(sorry guys if i spelled your names wrongly, and sorry to the rest as I did not catch your names). Met the owner, Hafiz, awesome guy. The place is so welcoming, even the cat named Tuxedo, rests on top of me while i was relaxing on the hammock. He makes me feel at home.

Nearby islands were only 10 mins away with a choice of 3. Beautiful snorkelling. The spa was mind blowing. The buffet extensive! The slides for my little boy were perfect. The customer service was exceptional. The way they fixed any issues was very good. We had brown water in our bathtub for a couple of hours and the staff gave us a late 6pm check out which tied in perfectly with leaving on a huge flying itinerary that night. Just what we needed. Plus, due to getting phone calls at 2am twice from the staff accidentally, the team were so stressed by it, and then offered a free Seafood buffet on the Saturday night. Definitely will be back.

Excellent location. Great staff. Comfy beds. Luxury hotel
Great location right on the waterfront. The pool was fantastic, quiet and peaceful. The bedroom was pure luxury and the staff just faultless in their efforts and their friendliness. The breakfast buffet had so much to offer and the rooftop bar was a fantastic addition! Rocky Kong was so cheerful and helpful with arranging trips for us! Thank you for an amazing stay!
Amazing views. Other resorts have cut down the jungle and this one didn't. You are surrounded by beautiful nature. We stayed in a superior room and the room was quite good - clean and spacious. We really liked the food in Banana Cafe too. The pool does look tired but was clean and we used it with no problems. It is nice to have a pool after your morning activities in such hot weather.
Friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms, nice swimming pool and nature setup of the resort. Great location.
Compared to a lot of other similar resorts, I have to say that there is not much to like
The staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions that we had. The hotel offers a nighttime jungle walk for RM25 each, which was great, we saw lots of different animals and insects. The room was very clean - we were given fresh towels and a bottle of water every day and our bed was made. The resort is a 5 minute walk from the orangutan sanctuary and the sunbear sanctuary, which is amazing. The breakfast was also very good (vegetarian options available)
Staffs are helpful and friendly, resort is very clean and comfortable. Food are ok.
Communication and self check-in/out was very easy. Our apartment had a lovely pool & sea view and came with everything we could have needed! We loved the pool and an easy accessible beach is just a few meters from the pool away. The sunsets were magical! The resort comes with a restaurant, which comes in handy!
It was a quiet resort, not many guest, I was able to relax. There were many wild animals in the resort, I saw monkey, lizard, squirrels and otter. The environment was nice. Staffs were nice.
