They arranged an amazing bonfire and a traditional Tharu dance for us. We could also observe the wildlife (rhino, elephant, deer) right from our hotel balcony. It was a beautiful experience and I highly recommend it.

The pool and the lake were beautiful and we even got a chance to go on a birdwatching tour with a naturalist. The property has over 80 birds and it created a great atmosphere. Overall this is a very beautifully designed resort with great amenities.

The staff were super friendly, they told me all the work that they are doing to foster the local community. They have built a school for local kids and they are empowering Tharu comunity ladies by working at the retreat and showing the local culture and cuisine at the retreat. They also have several initiatives related to jungle and river upkeep and recovery. Great work!!!
