Surrounded by greenery and situated across the Rapti River, Chitwan Village Resort is just 300 metres from Chitwan National Park’s jungle safari area. The property offers free Wi-Fi access in its public areas. We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was prefect, in a quiet area just a 5-minute walk away from the town centre. The hotel is set in a beautiful garden. The staff were very friendly and arranged our tours. The room was clean, and we always had hot water.

The best place to stay in Chitwan. Beautiful hotel with a lot of space so it never feels busy. The way they give back to the community and the elephants is also impressive and another reason to stay here. Staff is also great and very friendly. Highly recommended.

River Park International Resort is a fantasting place to stay if you are ever in Chitwan. The staff and managers were very hospitable and kind to us. They arranged an amazing bonfire and a traditional Tharu dance for us. We could also observe the wildlife (rhino, elephant, deer) right from our hotel balcony. It was a beautiful experience and I highly recommend it.

The rooms are cleaned and filled up with water, flowers and consumables every day. The pool area is a perfect place to rest after a long day in the Jungle. The garden around the pool area is surrounded with nice greenery and filled with birds and beautiful butterflies. The nature guides are very knowledgeable and likeable persons - wich I think is important when you are going to spend a whole day in the jungle. All of the staff is very helpful and friendly and you definetly feel that their aim is to make your stay something extra!

We loved everything at our stay at the Wildlife sanctury – the decor and layout of the hotel was well-fitting to the location, providing a grandstand to the nature of the surrounding area with views of the tranquile garden and pool area and the nearby local village. The entire staff was welcoming and very attentive, making sure we all had a very pleasant stay! The food was fresh and delicious, with fruits and vegetables coming from their own gardens! Mr. Tulsi and his team made sure we had a very memorable experience during our Jungle and River Safari. Mr. Tulsi was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of facts about the Village life and the wildlife sanctuary jungle with its various wild animals and plants. We enjoyed the performance of the Tharu people which was organized from the hotel especially for us and a sunset picnic at the nearby river!

Staff at the resort are available to provide advice at the 24-hour front desk. The place is gorgeous, rooms are very nice and clean and the garden is beautiful, a really good place to chill or work. The staff were super friendly, they told me all the work that they are doing to foster the local community. They have built a school for local kids and they are empowering Tharu comunity ladies by working at the retreat and showing the local culture and cuisine at the retreat. They also have several initiatives related to jungle and river upkeep and recovery. Great work!!!
