A great breakfast with so much to choose from and all very fresh and hot. We were met off the boat and had our bags carried to the hotel and the same when we left. The staff can not do enough for you. A good happy hour 4-8pm at the beach bar daily. highly recommend this hotel.

In my opinion, the most beautiful and prepared hotel in Koh Lipe. Very good service, nice and comfortable rooms. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches and close to the center. Well maintained. Clean. Adapted for all ages. The breakfast is super varied and exquisite. The employees at the reception are very attentive and patient. The staff who carry the suitcases are also very friendly and even they themselves took our bags to the speedboat despite the sea being very busy at the time we had to leave. Music on the beach accompanying the sunset. Without a doubt, if I ever go back to Koh Lipe, I would stay here again.

As opposed to the big neighboring resorts, it’s a small hotel/residence with high quality accommodation and a very personalized attention given by a very friendly staff (we had lovely conversations with our bar/restaurant man, although we did forget to ask his name !!). Wonderful views from the room, small private swimming pool, breakfast / meals with a view…just perfect !! Great position for snorkeling around and a few minutes walk from popular Pattaya and Sunset beaches . We wouldn’t hesitate to come back !

Greatly appreciated the cook (young lady) who was doing fresh cooked omelet of our choices every day. We also encountered a technical problem with the air conditioner (no cool air was coming out) on our second night. We woke up sweating. When talking about the problem with the front desk, they sent a technician on the spot. He couldn’t fix it. They gladly change us into a new room for a last night. The gesture was really appreciated. We again thank them for their efficiency. We had a bad 2nd night and we were able to rest and had a good night of sleep before our departure. Thanks to all the staff at Chareena.

The breakfast they provided was yummy and delicious. Would highly recommend staying in the beach front room, simply stunning and waking up to the sunrise is breathtaking.
