Staff The staff were proffesional, friendly and very helpful. Every member of the team was kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Some in particular to mention are Steven Kagoma, Rosemary Natse and Khalfan Mbarouk from food and beverage in the main restaurant, their smile, engagement and attention to details made our dinning experience in the main restaurant unforgettable. Food The quality of the food served were incredible. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The main chef was so kind and really carea about the customers Activities The hotel itself prepares many activities to keep guests entertained. The Dolphin kids club was the highlight to our childrens, the largest indoor and outdoor playground where our children spent hours and did not want to leave the place. A big thanks to Viola Richard (Guest relations manager) for coordinating with the staff and celebrating my birthday with wonderful songs in the main restaurant and a delicious cake. And also for the snacks we got when checking out. Her generosity and kindness will not be forgotten. Overall, our stay at your resort was a wonderful experience and exceeded our expectations.
