The apartments were clean, we had everything we needed and the team that worked at the resort were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had a marvellous break. Big thanks to David who couldn't have been more helpful from the first day when he ensured we could get into one of our rooms a bit early. He was exceptionally kind. The pool was beautiful, the gardens and communal areas clean and tidy, the laundry facilities super accessible and the location perfect for our elderly parents who weren't driving but found the walk to the local Ralph's and CVS really helpful. We were there for a family get together over the holidays and it was perfect. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we will go again.

Exceptional service with every detail considered. The cashless and tip less approach is terrific, and somehow results in even friendlier and more attentive service. The details in the room from the wine, to the spa product samples, and the personalised candle elevate the experience. The rooms are stunning and luxurious. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has no shortage of activities and areas to explore. All good from the breakfast to poolside to dinner is fresh, hearty, and delicious. This is one of my favourite hotels and I’m already planning my next visit. A new go-to for a wholesome escape.

Located on the Hermann Bungalows side, offering a spa centre and hot tub, L'Horizon Resort & Spa, Hermann Bungalows Palm Springs is an adult only (21+) resort, 2.6 km from Palm Springs Convention... Very good although a little expensive

A short walk from Big Bear Lake, this California accommodation offers fishing, hiking and horseback riding. BBQ facilities and a children’s playground are located on site. All units include free... Cute setting, recently updated with a chic cabin decor, lastly Dave the manager was very friendly and welcoming and made our stay special.

Near Mount St. Helena, this Calistoga resort is 5 miles from the Petrified Forest. It provides an outdoor pool and spacious rooms feature large bathrooms with a whirlpool tub. Everything at The Inn On Pine was beyond amazing. The pool area was beautiful, the beds were really comfortable, and the buffet breakfast had many delicious choices. The service was exceptional and we loved that we could stay around the pool area for the day once we had checked out of the rooms, it made our stay feel longer and we could relax in the beautiful setting for some extra time. Val was very helpful with everything. The location was perfect as it was super close to the town but also tucked in its own quiet corner with a lovely view of the vast mountain range. We cannot fault our time here and would love to visit again in the future!
