Pampered. We felt so pampered during our stay, everything and anything we asked for was provided to us. The room was luxuriously comfortable, the hotel facilities were amazing. I could just go on. There was a slight hiccup - I requested for floral decoration in the room as we got married that day and I wanted to surprise my wife. This was supposed to be done while we were out having our ceremony, however to my horror, the room was not made by the time we got back, and the petals were arranged on an unmade bed. In fact we walked in together with the maid who was doing our room. Talk about awkward. Anyways, guest services did an amazing service recovery. We had a reservation at Ferraro's that evening - they arranged the best table for us (in my opinion) and treated us to a bottle of wine and an antipasti. This was completely unexpected, and they went above and beyond, I want to recognise the team for that.

Located on the southern tip of Kauai Island, Koloa Landing At Poipu Beach features 2 resort-style pools and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The suites offer flat-screen LCD TVs and complete kitchens. The swimming pool was nice. It was nice that it was close to Poipu Beach. The staff were also friendly.

Free parking is provided. Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area. The staff is super reactive and friendly : we had many requests and they always quickly adressed everything. The gardens are very nice. Location is great to get quick access to many nice beach and snorkeling spots.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms, wonderful food.

The view and sounds of the ocean were the backdrop to our deeply relaxing and inspiring stay. The location is easily the most beautiful on the island. The swimming beach was fantastic and my husband was pleased to be able to snorkel right on the property every day. The breakfast and different options for food were plentiful, healthy and delicious. And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, special and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complimentary yoga and sound bath sessions and I enjoyed a world class facial with the excellent Cindy at the spa. We loved the whole experience and will be back!

The Honolulu Zoo is 6 km from this oceanfront resort and Honolulu International Airport is 20 minutes’ drive away. The rooms were great, the beach was exceptional, and most of all, the people were AMAZING. We especially loved the old timers. They were all retired maybe and this was their second career? What ever it was, it was so sweet to be taken care of grandpa and granny. Also the spa staff were so skilled and I have been to many many many spas throughout the world. But they were experienced and knowledgeable and not pushy. I liked that the gratuity was included so that I didn't have to worry about it afterward. The receptionist at the spa could have been a little sweeter.
