We want to mention the really nice and helpful front desk agent who checked us is - Terry Joaquin - such a nice and helpful guy, he even helped us when we forgot something at the hotel after checkout and sent it to our home address later!! Much appreciated. Whenever you visit Yosemite, this place is the place to stay, close to the park, great scenery and amazing people!

The kids particularly loved coming back from a long day of hiking and going to the Arcade room. They especially liked the air hockey. They also loved making smores in the fire outside. For the adults, we loved the all the hotel. The service and attention from the staff was exceptional. And the service seemed genuine in the sense that the staff really wanted to make sure we had a great experience. Finally, though we didn't make use of them, they had several things available to make the most of your time in Yosemite (for example, spikes to add to your shoes for the snow/ice).
