Our stay started with a welcome tea and cookies while checking-in. Additionally, we were greeted by the Group GM as well as local GM of the property. The room was spacious and very clean. Furthermore, the beach facilities were not crowded at all as there was space during every hour of the day. Staff were all extremely polite and caring. Having said this, I would like to point out one special person, Min from the reception desk, who helped us booking our flights. She is definitely the most caring and helpful person we have encountered during our entire trip. She even went beyond and organized a late check-out for us and gave some recommendations for our next destinations.

We had two celebrations (birthday And engagement) at Mia And Both celebrations were given attention to from the staff. The staff at the kidsroom, such a Nice And sweet woman looking out for the kids. The food of the restaurant is amazing (Italiaan we didnt enjoy as much). The breakfast is incredible, so Many options And only staff working with a smile on their face.
