Set within a 100-hectare farm, Summerfields has riverside rooms with outdoor showers. The pool, open-air spa area and restaurant are by Sabie River, where hippos bathe at dusk. My husband and I had the pleasure of spending the last 2 nights of our honeymoon at Summerfields Retreat and Spa, and it was an absolutely magical experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, especially Mariana, who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and pampered throughout our time at the resort. The amenities at Summerfields Retreat and Spa are top-notch. Our room was beautifully appointed, with luxurious furnishings and breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa, indulging in decadent treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible food. Each meal was a culinary delight, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared to perfection. We looked forward to dining at the restaurant every day, eager to sample the delicious creations of the talented chefs. But perhaps what stole our hearts the most was the adorable in-house cat Whiskas who became our unexpected companion during our stay. We formed a special bond with him and were sad to leave without saying goodbye, assuming he was busy with his cat activities. We hope he is doing well and look forward to visiting again someday, perhaps to see him grown into a regal feline. Overall, our experience at Summerfields Retreat and Spa was nothing short of magical. It's a place where every detail is thoughtfully curated to ensure the utmost comfort and enjoyment of guests. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and with memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. We cannot wait to return to this little slice of paradise. Kruger Safari Animal Encounter is a holiday home located in Marloth Park, just a 2-minute walk from the Crocodile River and Exit Gate 2. Well established, properly maintained and looked after house. Everything you need is there and more. Almost every bedroom has its own bath. Kitchen and dining room are very convenient and have good flow to the outside area. Many animals come to meet you in the garden, as long as you are not stingy with feed pellets. The higlight - two different kinds of bushbabies that compete for your attention in their own, special ways. And if you are into daily visits to the Park, like we are, the property location gives you 10-20 min headstart ahead of other Marloth Park residents. And it is right next to the river, where many amazing sightings took place, thanks to the owner who was constantly informing us on the latest developments. Wonderful all over!

This beautiful and spacious lifestyle resort is located on the banks of the scenic Sabie River in Big Game country, and within easy driving distance from the world-famous Kruger National Park. very spacious and clean. had a refreshing view of some greenery. place is well maintained with lots of activities for adults and children. The staff were friendly and helpful. our private pool and BBQ area were also clean. highly recommend the place

Mount Sheba is located 30 minutes' drive from the historical town of Pilgrim's Rest. Surrounded by rain forest, the hotel offers a variety of leisure activities. The great location to explore Pilgrimʼs Rest and Blyde River Canyon. Good dinner was provided.

Situated on the banks of the Sabie River, Aan De Vliet Holiday Resort features panoramic views of the indigenous bush. It also offers a landscaped garden and outdoor swimming pool with volleyball net.... Location next to the Sabie river is gorgeous. So relaxing. The bungalows are well maintained and contain everything you need. There is a wonderful play area for children. The grounds are impeccable. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate us when we decided to extend our stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you Aan de Vliet.
