I met some collegues online and the view behind me was so nice, with the light through the plants in the big windows than one of them told me that he thought I have a virtual wall until he spotted a cat walking on the fence The coffee machine is a real thing with coffee beans, the facilities are complete. You definitelly get more than you pay. The cofee and some fruit were on the house. The hosts are very nice and stylish people, very thougtfull and helpfull. They even offered to drive us from the train station to the property and back. They helped us with everything we needed and they contributted to the general impression of a nice and beautifull atmosphere overall.”

  The food was nice and it was spotlessly clean the owners were friendly and chatty obviously work hard and are proud of their hotel. To be fair the lady did say they are normally closed at this time of year. But on the positive when the heating was on it was great.

  To be honest we were cold the heating came on 7 till 8 am in the morning and around 7.30 till 9.30 pm in the evening.it said in the hotel book to feel free to alter the heating control in your room but the only control was on the radiators and the heating wasn't on. Also in the book it said you wasn't allowed to bring your own food or alcohol in the rooms I have looked on booking .com and the hotel website and found no mention of that. I felt awkward because I had brought some alcohol. Don't like to break rules should really be on the websites.

  Located close to car park in city centre and close to shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee in the room which was great. Check in very quick and easy with a member of the team from the bar.

  Disturbed several times during the night with people coming into the hotel late and banging doors in the corridor, not much sound proofing from the corridor to the room. Wifi kept dropping in an out and had to keep reconnecting all the time.

  bright lighting from empty office block opposite made it difficult to sleep sometimes due to a small gap at the edge of the blackout curtains - but that's a minor criticism

  The team of staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, as for the food was fantastic, I can't fault my experience.

  one thing I found hard was the walk up to the top floor, i have a medical condition with my back, so was a little hard for me, but I still enjoyed my stay.

  The swimming pool is amazing and the bistro is good food.

  The beds were so uncomfortable and our room was located just above the stairs coming from Albert’s so at 11pm kick out time, it’s very noisy and again in the morning with people coming in and out the building.
