I met some collegues online and the view behind me was so nice, with the light through the plants in the big windows than one of them told me that he thought I have a virtual wall until he spotted a cat walking on the fence The coffee machine is a real thing with coffee beans, the facilities are complete. You definitelly get more than you pay. The cofee and some fruit were on the house. The hosts are very nice and stylish people, very thougtfull and helpfull. They even offered to drive us from the train station to the property and back. They helped us with everything we needed and they contributted to the general impression of a nice and beautifull atmosphere overall.”

  Everything was exactly as described - very quiet location, comfortable beds and availability of basics such as soap, toiletries, tea/coffee etc were appreciated. Was kept well informed and given full instructions to gain access. Would definitely stay again - great value for a 3 bed stay. 10min trip into Sheffield (£6 in a Uber)

  Our room was lovely. Was not expecting a jacuzzi bath so that was a bonus. the location of the hotel is fabulous. The hotel is worn and looks tired in places which is such a shame. The fact is it is a budget hotel BUT the rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable.

  Breakfast could do with more organization/instruction from staff. We gave our room number in and was told to find a seat with no further instruction. it was part self serve for cereal/ toast juice. There was no bread for a while so when the waiter finally brought the bread the que was massive so didn't bother getting any. There was no instruction on the table to let the guests know what cooked breakfast was on offer. We had to ask the waiter as no one came to the table.

  Staffed reception, so easy check in. We were a party with cycles and there was no issue taking them in. Fantastic location, easy access to the best parts of Plymouth. Rooms clean and everything you need

  Couldn’t get consistent hot water, only seemed to be 1 room of the 2 booked. Could be user error😂, wasn’t a deal breaker by any means.

  Location excellent . Two good sized bedrooms with double beds , one en-suite . The double bedrooms very well decorated . Good shower room . Good sized living room with kitchen area.

  Advertised as sofa bed in living room, it was not a sofa bed . Both sofas very saggy one the back is broken and it collapses back when sit on it . There were spare duvets but no covers evident ‘ for the sofa bed’ . The single bed is a very squeaky wobbly small ‘day bed’. The bath towels were small and thin. A cafetière would be nice to be able to make proper coffee and larger wine glasses .
