We had a very friendly welcome from the owner when we arrived. The room was an excellent size with comfortable beds and colourful decor. The breakfasts were good and included simple cereals, yoghurt, fruit and pain chocolate. There was a microwave and jug in the room and the kitchen. The walk to gatwick station was very manageable through a nearby park. Horley station was a little bit closer and nice walk along safe streets. We accidentally took the key and sent it back immediately and they were very good about our mistake.

Although the bathroom was clean the shower curtain did not reach to the bottom so the floor inevitably got wet. It smelt mouldy and there was no way to heat it or dry it out. So the people using it after a shower got wet feet. The guest book encouraged us to do our own dishes but the kitchen was off limits so we just left our dishes on the trolley like everyone else. I think other guests found it difficult to get hold of someone as I opened the door for some guests who were standing out in the rain for a while.

When I got here, after ringing the doorbell, an elegant lady came to greet me with her cute puppy. She also patiently explained to me the precautions for check-in. The room was warm and clean, and I could see a beautiful view from the window. Very lucky to book here.

The bathroom roof was covered with mould, the main living room couch was dirty and uncomfortable and the entrance corridor smelled like urine.

Pod was fine but VERY small. Have stayed in Boston Hotel where pods were bigger... One of the pillows could have been a bit softer.
