Just a disappointing experience! Kitchen things are not cleaned properly. There's no mug to drink, no remote for TV, all window curtains is in bad conditions, light directly comes towards bed, and people can see you doing bath through window!! No soap, shampoo nothing.. even There's no tea, coffee or something to drink!!! Such a waste of money.

The apartment is beautiful, complete with kitchen utensils for cooking. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was breezy. Highly recommended. Would stay here again if i visit London in the future.

No food available for dinner. Toilet was in need of a major overhaul. Bath panels rotten from floor being wet, flooring rising up , tile fell off toilet wall. Bed tiny room very cramped. Christmas opening times on main door not a good sign, COVID rules behind the door in the room. Shows signs that nobody is actually caring enough about the property to update things like those two which in turn create a better impression for guests arriving. The staff need guidance give me a call

I strongly DISCOURAGE staying at this apartment due to significant privacy and comfort issues. Firstly, they request a photo of your face alongside your passport, which is a huge security risk. Although they made an exception when I refused, such a requirement can lead to identity theft if the information falls into the wrong hands. Additionally, the apartment lacks basic amenities such as an intercom, making it inconvenient to communicate with visitors or get deliveries. Also, despite offering a selfie check-in, the process to pick up and return keys is incredibly inconvenient, requiring a 10-minute travel from the apartment, which is particularly troublesome when carrying luggage or incurring extra taxi costs. Moreover, the absence of light-blocking curtains in the bedroom means that by 5:00 AM, the room is already brightly lit, disrupting sleep. These oversights made my stay uncomfortable and raise serious concerns about guest privacy and comfort.
