The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was nice to have tissues supplied. I had expected it to be rather noisy given its proximity to the service area and the motorway but it was fine.

House after renovation, we were group of 4 and had a comfortable stay, two bathroom were very handy, so we did not have to bump in each other every morning before work. Parking is good in front of the property.

Restaurant was not offered to general guests who were attending conference. only offered to those attending classes. We were in a 5 days long conference. It would have been better to have this Rewley restaurant to offer their lunch or dinner if it was available.

Both showers did not work correctly. One was fixed by cleaning the shower head, but the other had no washer between the pipe and shower head so water gushed out of the pipe. Also the lack of detail. Examples were no corkscrew and although hairdryers were provided there were no mirrors anywhere apart from the bathrooms.

I have stayed there on many occasions and unfortunately will think twice about going back. The toilet was dirty and toilet seat was hanging off. I had been walking about without socks on during the day in the room and when I went to put my socks and shoes on my feet were filthy. They were that dirty I had to go in to the bathroom to wash my feet. The kitchen sink had a foul smell coming from it and it looked like it had been glued back together. Hardly any kitchen utensils either. Plates and cups were dirty too. Thankfully the bed sheets were clean. We eat in due to my Mum having celiac disease and couldn’t find a tin opener.
