The house is so tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Roula and Nick were very friendly and looked after us like family. They also arranged a taxi service for us. We met Poppi who was just delightful and helpful us to explore bit more of the island. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to escape to a place that is far from the maddening crowd.”

Was a really cool vibe - would recommend exploring at night - this was at 11pm! Bed was comfy and the space was perfect to spent a night or two in as a stopover. Location and value for money are hard to beat. We were able to park our hire car directly outside the front of the hotel which was awesome. Staff were great and very helpful. We would stay here again.”

  A spacious en-suite ground-floor double room near the reception. Key card access to both room and hotel. Tactile number on door room. Carpeted room. Good speed free WiFi. Several plug sockets in room. Large comfy double bed with bed sheets, pillows and thick duvet. Bath towels included in room. Large en-suite bathroom with toilet paper, hand soap, good shower with hot water and good power. Rubbish bin in room and bathroom. Free tea-coffee, plus sugar, milk and small chocolate bars. Ocasionally, free orange juice is offered. Room cleaned daily. Desk in room by radiator. Large windows giving nice views, large curtains to cover windows. Comfy armchair in room. Vegan/vegitarian breakfast available for a fee, also restaurant for evening meals. Located reasonably close to Norwich train station. Walking distance to some shops and eateries.

  Several steps to reach entrance to hotel. Staff not offten available for service, often had to wait for staff to appear. Took a long time to get extra toilet paper, etc. Breakfast is served and finishes very early, between 7 and 9.30 in the morning.

  I was feeling abit dubious after reading the reviews however, on arrival I decided to upgrade to a sea view room and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, it was clean and the staff were amazing! No complaints here what so ever. Me and my daughter had a brilliant stay & we will be back

  The fire alarm went off and there was no support from staff or any safety measures, it caused a lot of anxiety, lack of sleep due to stress and just overall feeling of uncomfortable as we didn’t know if we were safe or not. The restaurant next door said the fire alarm always goes off which is not ideal or safe. This is an extreme issue that needs to be tackled incase there was an emergency.
