This is a budget hotel. the room is small with a good size bed, very comfortable. the bathroom was, small and had everything I needed. water pressure great. good location on princes street. payed for a room with a window. I like natural light. worth the extra cost .IMO

I choose this hotel knowing the size of the room. the rooms are small there is nothing I could change about this hotel.

A re-purposed older building with a fantastic Atrium and preserved art deco features. With bars, no frills food and private rooms serving the Atrium, friendly staff, massive free car parking. General good vibe about the place.

Heating! In April temperatures resembling February and the heating was turned off. I understand hotel costs are an issue on profit, but in refurbishing rooms maybe auxiliary heating options could be considered.

The proximity to T2 was the reason for booking this hotel. It meant that we could walk to the airport and therefore was ideal.

I personally found the bed too "bouncy" and therefore not as comfortable as I would have liked. I feel the price we paid was more than we would normally expect.

Nothing The location was fine but everything about the hotel was a disappointment

I arrived to be met by a busy reception at 10pm. I’m not used to having to show ID in a UK hotel, and then the need for physical card payment to cover for the risk of me damaging the room. I’d booked the hotel because it had a gym on site. When I arrived I was told that I was staying at their sister hotel around the corner - which doesn’t have a gym. My room was in the basement, small and clean enough, but being in the basement meant no natural light and the constant background hum coming from something even after I’d turned off the AC and fridge in my room. I can cope with being asked to move hotels, can cope with a basement room, but what was ultimately unacceptable was that there was no way to turn off the emergency light in the room. A spotlight by the door could not be turned off - the solution - at first the answer was ‘sir, we can’t turn it off you’ll have to sleep with it on’, the second option ‘we can put some tape across it’ - choosing the second option might have provided a darkened room but didn’t permit sleep for fear of the fire hazard of covering a spotlight with a bit of card.

The shower in our room was faulty and we were told to use the showers in the spa until it was repaired, the receptionist sent a maintenance man up while we were out, he bodged the repair so we still couldn’t have a decent the day we left!
