The room was spotless, clean with plenty of space. They only provided one extra pillow. Nice view from the balcony. TV in room. The staff at the hotel are always happy and willing to talk and help. The location is PERFECT – a few minutes’ walk from Paddington Station (main or underground). There are plenty of local shops, cafes and restaurant directly outside hotel. The hotel does not provide breakfast but because we stay in Paddington often we eat at a place close to the hotel called La Tazza Café. The breakfast and service is first class and the staffs always remember us.

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. The facilities are on the second floor. I did not mind this but I understand some visitors would not.

Incredibly close to the airport, a short bus journey or taxi ride! The room comes with free glass bottles of water which I've actually never been given in a hotel before. Check in & out was easy! It was a shame to only be here for a few hours. Bathroom was lovely & the design of the room was very unique. Couldn't hear the airport at all, the room was completely silent!

The apartment is very spacious and clean. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals. There are good-sized refrigerator, and washing/ drying machine. Location is in city centre, about 15-20 minutes walk from train station

No hot water for showers, wash basin and kitchen sink 3 out of 4 nights of stay. Host not responsive to my enquiry for help. I was asked to press certain buttons on the control panel in the boiler room and it did not solve the problem. Host eventually said he arranged someone to come to fix the problem on Day 4 but "had access problem to the apartment". Problem dragged on until we checked out on Day 5.

Cereal and milk provided was an unexpected welcome surprise for self catering one night stay. Really comfy beds.Rooms were nice and spacey.plenty of supplies included for drinks.

Listing of food and drink items supplied would be helpful so that visitors would know what to take if their stay was longer. Otherwise I couldn’t fault it.

Helpfull staff, tram stop and the city center are nearby. Convenient mini lamps and sockets next to each bed. Lockers available for 1 £ coin deposit.

You can use the lobby / bar for hanging out and dining, but beware that the underground kitchen closes for the late night. The large dorm can get a bit chaotic. Be sure arrive early if you mind getting the very top bunk bed. It wiggles a bit.

Room was clean but totally impractical, no power sockets by the bed. the tv on a wall a good 15 feet from the foot of the bed and at almost right angle so difficult to see. The windows were dirty on the outside and rattled in the wind. The room was hot even with the rattling aircon on. There was a loud humming noise all the time. The walls were very thin and conversation could be heard very clearly from those next door. The room was not services during my two night stay even if requested, they don’t clean the rooms for such a short stay. Shocking, couldn’t have a clean the bathroom each day and had to collect new towels from reception but had to leave the dirty ones in the room. Working in the room. The only power socket near where I could work had the kettle plugged in and that socket was behind the dresser. An executive double room, nothing executive about the room or the hotel. Will not be returning
