  • Hatta Resorts

    - “Great location, comfy and stylish accommodation, great facilities. We really appreciated the terrace with the bean bag bed for chilling out in the evening (night sky above your head) and the chairs and table for the breakfast that we ordered at the reception, and which got delivered to the door step. The lodge is top notch, with a proper fridge incl. freezer, a sympathetic shower and bathroom considering the total area of the lodge. It's unbelievable that everything fit in and is really good quality. Oh, and did I mention the comfy bed?”

  • Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, an IHG Hotel

    - “Excellent cosy and comfortable hotel that felt more like a home and in a very pretty area, only a few blocks walking distance to downtown Very reasonably priced for such a handy location Large room was warm but also able to open windows. Loved the little touches like the coffee station in the foyer of a morning. Friendly, helpful, funny staff. Very clean & rooms smelt lovely. We had a dinner and breakfast at the restaurants on the premises and both were exceptionally well priced & delicious”

  • FAV TOKYO Nishinippori

    - “Check in was easy, there’s a machine you just scan the QR given to you & scan your passports. Really friendly staffs!! Love our interactions & all very helpful with any questions we had. Room: We’re a small family of 3 (with a toddler) and decided we needed a bigger room + small kitchenette and this was the perfect solution for us! You’ve space for 1 large, 1 medium & 1 cabin size luggage comfortably. And a foldable stroller. Everybody gets their own bed (although the mattress is a bit hard for me but my husband loves stiff mattresses) The room is fully equipped, we could cook some easy breakfast in the room & microwave food. Amenities provided like cutleries, plates, knives, scissors, microwave and more! They even have a small portable vacuum which was awesome! Also love that the toilet is separated from the shower!! Connectivity: It’s a newly built & a modern hotel, right by several key train station lines to tourist attractions! It’s a few minutes walk to JR Nishinippori line which takes you directly to Shibuya, Ginza (through Yurakucho) Shinjuku & Harajuku. It’s also a few mins walk to Chiyoda Line which can easily take you directly to Tsukiji Station (the famous Tsukiji market) All you need is the Google Maps app and you’re ready to use the trains like a pro. Right by our hotel there’s a lift (for family using stroller or wheelchair) so it’s pretty accessible for everyone. Convenience: Right in-front of hotel there’s a Daily Yamazaki that is opened from 6:30am till 9:00pm so you can buy drinks/sandwiches. They can also do the Yamato Transport for your luggages if you need to send your luggage across Japan! (Send before 9:30am day before your arrival at new city so it arrives just as you are) Food is easily available around hotel: Ramen shops, Yoshinoya, McDonalds so you’ll never be hungry.”

  • Hotel Sint Nicolaas

    - “The beautiful, stylish decoration and furnishings, the lobby with comfortable seating and the location.”

  • Hotel Betmanowska Main Square Residence Adults Only

    - “Breakfast was plentiful you could order what you liked, and if you were feeling brave you could have a prosecco with breakfast, everything was amazing! So thoughtful in the room a bottle of prosecco was waiting for us, also some lovely large apples, and the last day they gave us a bottle of wine, also the mini fridge which was free of non alcohol drinks which was restocked every day.”

  • SENSI Azores Nature and SPA

    - “Our stay at SENSI Azores Nature and SPA was wonderful, despite the weather in early April! The rooms were a comfortable size and the private pool was heated (although a little cold for April). We enjoyed the indoor heated pool as well that wasn't super busy. The property was great, but the best part of this place was the staff. It was our first time traveling internationally with our 10 month old, and everyone, especially the dining staff were incredibly nice and accommodating.”

  • Menshicov Boutique Hotel

    - “hardworking kitchen lady’s delicious breakfasts, cleanliness, rooms, location,”

  • The Narathiwas Hotel & Residence Sathorn Bangkok

    - “Quiet close enough to where I needed to go”

  • Sultans Royal Hotel

    - “My stay at Sultan's Royal Hotel in Istanbul was nothing short of fantastic! The hotel's location is absolutely superb, with an array of restaurants and tourist attractions within easy walking distance. What truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible hospitality provided by the hotel staff, particularly Sonia. She went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was comfortable and memorable. Every morning, Sonia greeted me with a warm smile and her caring demeanor made me feel right at home. Her attention to detail, especially during breakfast, was impeccable. She consistently checked in to see if there was anything else I needed, making sure I started each day on the right note. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were immaculate, and the entire property was well-maintained throughout my stay. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a pristine environment for guests.”

The staff on reception were pleasant, warm and welcoming. They greeted us promptly with a friendly welcoming and accommodating attitude.

    • Negative section of review

The room was not clean, there are splashes (coffee?something else?) on the wallpaper. The wood fitting next to the bed is not fixed and fell off leaving rough splinter edges, dust, dirt, litter inside. Hair in the shower. The desk topping peeling away, cut, dirty and damaged with ring marks, burn marks. The layout of the room inconvenient and not well thought out, no bedside tables and no plug anywhere near the bed which is important when you have medical devices which need plugging in whilst you sleep. Overall impression of an extraordinarily shabby set-up. We ended up leaving the hotel and staying elsewhere.

check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, and we only managed to get in at almost 4pm because they were cleaning. Upon arrival we found the cleaner who was still there. House with a lot of humidity, there was no face towel in the bathroom or soap. There was no dishcloth in the kitchen. We cooked and there was nowhere to dry our hands after washing. It has a dishwasher but there was no soap. Then we put the dirty dishes in the machine and leave them there. It's a good thing we only rented it for 1 day because otherwise we wouldn't have any dishes to use the next day. In the early evening it was uncomfortable to stay at home due to so many mosquitoes in the bedrooms and bathrooms. In one of the bathrooms the bathtub was closed for use.
