Spacious rooms, big bathroom, very clean and good facilities. Stayed for a birthday celebration and had put all the birthday decorations I had delivered in room ready for arrival, including some additional rose petals/bottle of fizz from Leven. Great communication throughout and very helpful.

Propert was not clean, when we check in first time i had to swept all the floor. When i asked the host about bbq even she didn’t took serious. she replied as if not allowing bbq at the facility but our next door and other neighbors had bbq. i cant say i was happy with the holiday.

We enjoyed the hotel breakfast and the room was clean.

Didn’t really like the property, it was very run down and looked like it hasn’t been updated in a while. Also, the room wasn’t on the same level as the lift and we had to walk up and down the stairs which was tiring. Furthermore, the reception of the hotel was not at the entrance of the building which was confusing.

Hair dryer did not work, minor maybe. Had major issues trying to get the Internet to work to no avail. And very poor replies from host. We accidentally left a USB stick with the children's family photos on in the back of the TV. Messaged host multiple times, asking for it to be returned by post if possible and we will happily pay for it. It had been 5 days now, and absolutely no reply or response. Utterly unacceptable, all we wanted was our precious photos back.
