  Lovely little family run pub. Nice location parking is behind the pub a little tricky to initially get to but once I knew where it was it was super easy. Staff were really friendly and the food is amazing!! Lovely breakfast with choice of cold food or hot or both! I had an evening meal there and the food was amazing freshly cooked full of flavour good portion sizes and good prices! I was travelling solo for first time and was a little nervous and they all put me at ease!

  Everything worked! Excellent hot water and cosy warmth throughout the day and night.There was everything you could need for cooking and self catering. The washing machine was useful for a long stay. The shower was excellent. The decor was ok. TV and Wi-Fi were great.

  The eating area was extremely cramped and awkward. The settee was way too squashed , low and sunken. Instead of the settee and it’s extended leg rest two good comfy chairs would have made the space feel bigger .The cushions were squashed and pretty useless as they continually slipped away on the shiny sofa. If the weather had been bad for the week we would have felt uncomfortably cramped in the living /eating space

  Close to the airport, clean. It was great that I could get something to eat at the hotel across the road.

  The room felt very enclosed. The restaurant and reception was all one open space. This caused problems when staff are trying to give instructions when booking in.

  Window catches broken so double glazing didn't work. Very noisy road. Curtains torn and hanging off rail. One bed had spring bulging in the middle. Bathroom was small and smelt of damp and mould due to fan not working. All the tiles were cracked and there was mould in the grouting. Bath fittings were rusty and the bath plug had no chain. Large gap under the door and rusty hinges. A little maintenance would make a big difference. Looks nothing like the pictures in the advert. The man on reception sat and watched two 70+ ladies struggling to get suitcases down the steep stairs. Would not recommend and will not stay again.
