Lovely room, was clean and spacious, was nice to have our own fridge, lady of the house was very pleasant, breakfast was nice and you can pick and choose breakfast items of your choice and could pick our time ,would fully recommend it for a nice peaceful stay 🥰

Staff very friendly and helpful. They didn't have our booking but managed to find us a room somehow, not sure how, as I heard the girl say the hotel was full - breakfast was good, bed comfy and room clean and very quiet

Our booking which we made via booking.com hadn't registered on the hotel's system - I showed the receptionist our confirmation from booking.com though and she made a phone call to someone and managed to get us a room - a bit stressful as I'd heard her tell someone the hotel was full but all went well after that was sorted

Pleasant hotel. Well situated. Friendly, very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. The hotel and our room were both clean. We had a comfortable bed.

We missed having a small fridge in our room. Which we’ve had at other Hilton hotels. It felt really cold in our bathroom. There was no heated towel rail.

Great location; lovely surroundings; cosy clean and everything was catered for an enjoyable family visit. Family loved the hot tub and the sauna.

Property is extremely tired and in serious need of refurbishment. First room had a completely broken window seal and the second room I was put into had half the paint scraped from the wall and dirty marks throughout. All rooms at the rear of the property have to put up with a massive generator which constantly hums all day and night so you have zero chance of sleeping. Hotel staff don’t seem too interested in helping guests either. Overall for £150 a night I expect much much more. The recent rebrand to Leonardo improved the exterior but the interior needs serious work.

There was nothing I like firstly I booked a apartment with a kitchen, then when I get there they tell me the apartment is damaged then put me in a tiny little room no TV nothing. Then to top it off a week later they try and charge me £500 for a damaged chair the room was that small there wasn't even a chair in there apart from that little deck chair try to contact them and they don't answer disgusting services absolute scam
