The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Very clean and accessible. Beautiful view of the North Beach. We felt very secure in the apartment with two young children. Luxury & modern. We loved our little welcome hamper. Made us feel special as guests. We absolutely loved our stay and we will 100% return!

Not much of a dislike, but more of a recommendation A welcome book with how things work in the apartment would have helped. A few switches around the oven/kitchen area weren't completely clear.

The style of the property was truly London & we loved, the location was perfect so close to everything & perfect setting. The staff was great and went above & beyond they are credit to the hotel.

Central location with some great restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Good quality breakfast with a decent variety of choices.

The car park on our stay seemed to be mostly occupied by self-centred individuals with minimal spatial awareness. The two electric car charging spaces were unusable due to non-electric cars taking up the spaces. Other cars had been dumped over lines etc or parked in disabled spaces. Fortunately there is council parking nearby. The layout of the hotel is odd, our room was on a higher floor but it was necessary to go up in the lift and then down some narrow stairs to reach it. Fixtures in the room were dated, with several of the fluorescent lights non-operative. The room itself was tired, with stains on the walls, but it was sufficient for a short break

The Annex was a lovely self contained apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Really clean and thoughtfully presented.

The shower was amazing, the bed was comfortable

The advert did say parking available, but unless you got back early the car park was full as only had spaces for about 8 cars which would men you had to park out on the street and it’s in a location where you wouldn’t want to do that depending on what car you drive, but they did do there best to get me parked in the car park but had to squeeze the car in to a corner in the car park

Nothing about the advertised accommodation.
Negative section of review
What was advertised on the website and what was in actual fact the actual accommodation was two very different products. It was dirty, shabby, cheap and nasty. I was shocked at what I encountered from the moment I arrived. The shower did not work There was no hot water. The linen was grubby and in fact I slept on top it the bed. Really an appalling experience.
