The accommodation is conveniently located, close to the underground station and supermarket. One of the trips I participated in happened to drop off near the hotel, making it very convenient to return. The room is comfortable, and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My room can easily accommodate a large suitcase. Traveling alone feels very secure.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet Bathroom had the option of bath, overhead shower or hand held shower. Plenty of space in the rooms for the 2 large suitcases and 3 hand luggage bags we had Best toilet flush of the 6 hotels we stayed in during our 3 weeks in the UK. Free bottled water in the rooms Cleaning lady was very nice Proximity to the airport

The hotel needs a good overhaul. When we were walking to our room along the corridors on the fourth floor, the walls had concrete cancer and the paint was peeling from the walls. In our room,4403, the grout between the tiles in the bathroom above the bath was cracked and mouldy, the whole sink tap unit moved as you moved the tap from hot to cold and the glass shower screen has a gap in it so when you are showering the water shoots out on to the floor by the toilet. The fridge only had 3 legs so rocked back and forth when you opened the door The curtain hooks kept coming off so we had to keep putting them back on We asked 3 times for firmer pillows but they never came The Italian restaurant was grubby and there were toothpicks and bits of food in the booth seats in which we sat. A hotel restaurant really needs more choice than just pasta and pizza, this was quite disappointing. When we were walking from our car parking space to the hotel we could see people smoking from the hotel windows in this hotel and the Radisson Red hotel next door, when these are meant to be smoking free rooms.

They are digital but things don’t always work - pool bookings for instance - it kept throwing up errors. Phone in room didn’t work. Annoyingly their spa was closed and their sauna not working. The spa was my main reason for booking. Not easy to hold of staff and in the lead up to my booking I was asking and emailing about the spa and kept getting generic responses about facilities that didn’t answer my question - they were just cut and paste, until it was too late to cancel and someone admitted the spa was out of action. A bit style over substance in the rooms - dark lighting in bathroom and no proper mirror at desk to do your makeup.

Massive bed but right up against wall so can’t have any bedside table for glass water , iPhone etc - and very difficult for 2nd person to get in and out of , especially at night - ridiculous setup for bed and never seen it like this before , hardly any room at the foot of bed either 😣- would be far better to just have king or queen bed and have some room at the side / end . Shower pressure not great and goes hot and cold during use . 2 table chairs very hard and uncomfortable , can’t sit comfortably more than 5 mins .

Stayed here for years when visiting Bridgend. It's the place we stay. Usually have exceptional rooms however this room was very small. Room wasn't tidied on 2nd day despite leaving a tag on the door. Television seemed broken but we just hadn't been informed that it was a new tv and had a way of turning it on. Ended up watching shows on our phone. Neighbouring rooms were very noisy.
