      Everything was great! Inga provided everything I felt like I needed and was close by incase I needed anything else! The stay felt very cosy and was in the perfect location - close to the station, groceries, pubs, restaurants, gym etc. The flat itself was spacious and felt very home-like. It was a very lovely and relaxing stay. Inga herself was very lovely and gave me some homemade scones and Jam on arrival which were delicious!

      Great apartment in excellent location, just across the street from The Natural History Museum and 15-minute walk from Kensington Palace&Gardens! Very clean, modern, warm and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped (coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, etc) and also coffee, sugar, tea, etc for us to use:)

      Staff were really friendly and helpful, the food was well priced and really good. Having to leave early was no bother and breakfast was ready for me as requested. Feedback given on the room and gratefully received by the owner. Altogether a great stay and will use again.

      The hotel is perfectly situated by the sea. Great view from our window. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Short walk into harbour to eat and watch the boats bobbing around. Very relaxing. Staff efficient and friendly. Delicious breakfast.

      Location is perfect for a night out. Nice large room and comfy bed. Fridge and safe in room. Complimentary bottles of water. Shower clean with no mould. Nice hot and powerful shower. Pleasantly surprised.

      Room was facing a very noisy taxi rank and lots of noise from people walking by. Curtains needed a clean. Spills around the tea making area hadn't been cleaned up.

      The non communication between landlord and us, was told someone would get back to us regarding the washing machine usage, was told we weren't allowed to use eventhough we booked knowing we had the use of a machine, as we stayed for 4 nights. The room was very smelly coming from toilet area. Shower room had rotten area's around shower base. Be mindful of scammers wanting cash payments ,who follow you up to apartment.
