  The apartment was spacious and modern, each room had a ensuite bathroom. Lots of appliances in the kitchen. Each room has USB ports for charging next to the outlets, a good thing if you don't have a UK plug. Lovely balcony with a great view (we were on the 18th floor). Would recommend to stay here.

  The beds were just a bit uncomfortable and short for us. The kitchen lacks enough cookware (pots and pans). And they were a bit dirty as well as the kitchen floor. Which should not happen since there is a cleaning fee included (£150). Other than these small remarks it was a very good stay.

  This is just a personnel observation the duvet was too heavy which is a common theme in hotels. Especially when it is easy to obtain lightweight heat regulated duvets such as spun-down.

  No towels Shower was broken so had to be hand held if used as bracket was snapped off Hot water did not last for an entire single shower so we had to wait over and over again for all four of us to be able to shower. Two people went home in the end because of this as they were tired of waiting one did not get to shower at all and three didn’t get to wash hair due to cold water coming through too quickly We couldn’t get the hob working for hot food The dishwasher handle was loose The freeview didn’t work Dangerous hanging cables in the lounge under the tv Bed was on a slope Pillows rock hard
