The building itself, its proximity to the town and beach, the staff were very friendly and helpful, coffee making faciltiies in the room, space to park in the same street. The croissants served in the room were the best I have eaten in a long time.

The rooms were really nice and the location was just perfect. If you like to walk it is a nice walk to the grass Market. The staff always really helpful and friendly. The restaurant was really good.

The downstairs facilities were lovely including lounge, kitchen, courtyard and chapel. Staff were willing to help. Breakfast was good; lunch was really lovely.

The en suite bedroom could do with a little love and attention. For example, there was some mould growing around the fan on the ceiling. The staff member who greeted us was welcoming but didn't offer much information, so we had to ask him loads of questions as we'd never been there before and were a bit lost! Eventually he gave us a leaflet with a map, which would have been good to do at the start. He was a nice guy but would benefit from some training.

Room 109 Carpet stained, walls marked, bathroom dark, shower dial loose, flushing toilet makes cistern lid pop up. Oldest hairdryer I have seen. Breakfast: Cereal or off orange juice. Cooked breakfast potato scones like cardboard.

No sea view to much condensation to see anything , flat smelled ,needs decorating badly .. anyone paying over £50 a night and enjoying would need a psychiatric assessment..definitely wouldn't return .
