The hotel was in a great location. Even on a Saturday night there wasn't much noise from outside. The room was lovely (although ill bring my own pillow next time as it wasn't soft enough for me), very clean. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast, which I asked to be vegan, was really nice.

Nothing really, although I would bring my own pillow next time. We did struggle to get the window open as we couldn't get air con to work.

A lovely cosy house. Although we didn't meet Sophie her communications were very helpful and informative . Everything was clean and comfortable . The view of the sea from the bedrooms was great despite the horrendous weather we had .

The house has three bedrooms so could sleep six people however there are only for seats in the lounge so would be a bit of a squeeze for six. This wasn't a problem as for us as there were only four of us.

Breakfast would have made the stay a 10/10 and is the only reason marked down for facilities. Although we knew this when booking so not a problem.

Room was next to a corridor entrance and the door would slam. Main thoroughfare through the hotel and door going Bang all night. Pillows on bed dreadful needed replaced Entire room needed a freshen up Some lights in the room didn't work?

Bit of a doggy smell in our room, although not off- putting - I myself am a dog owner (two, in fact) and am heartened to know there are places to stay at that encourages dog owners to bring their pets. I would consider another visit with my dogs in tow!

They booked shuttle at reception for me but no record of it in the morning. Also didn't receive alarm call as promised. Sorted out in the morning but stressful. Also very expensive drinks and food expensive and mediocre. Ham and cheese toastie was diabolical.
