We met Poppi who was just delightful and helpful us to explore bit more of the island. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to escape to a place that is far from the maddening crowd.”

Was a really cool vibe - would recommend exploring at night - this was at 11pm! Bed was comfy and the space was perfect to spent a night or two in as a stopover. Location and value for money are hard to beat. We were able to park our hire car directly outside the front of the hotel which was awesome. Staff were great and very helpful. We would stay here again.”

  Just had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express at T4 Heathrow. The hotel is very modern with a relaxed atmosphere - there is a spacious bar , restaurant and breakfast areas . Our room was well appointed and very comfortable - on the 5th floor it overlooked the runway which was great to watch planes taking off and landing - despite this the soundproofing in the room is exceptional- hardly heard a peep throughout our stay. All of the staff we encountered in the hotel were friendly and very welcoming - great service at reception, in the bar and the restaurant. A special mention for Gilbert at breakfast who could not have been more helpful - even going out of his way to make me aware that there were fresh croissants available - great service thank you.

  The location is quite central and there is supermarket and restaurants just at the door step.

  I am not sure where to start but it was a very uncomfortable stay and we had to check out one day before. The person on what's app who was responsible for looking after our stay was informed about the situation but there wasn't much empathy or apology from their side. We booked for 3 adults and 2 children. There were 2 rooms, both twin and a sofa bed. The sofa bed had no bedding on the first night and inspite of informing them about it, nothing was done on the first night. The extra bedding was left in the hallway the next day. The second night, I had bite marks on my back from bed bugs. On reporting this to the management and letting them know that we are leaving one day before, there was no apology from the management. Instead I got a text saying that "All of our linens is from hotel linens provider. Thank you for letting us know". Various spot lights don't work and some saucepans are dirty. One of the wash basins in the bathroom was clogged. The washing machine has mould in it. And to top it all, there is no lift and a lot of stairs!
